A preceding song, “No leader is permanent” by a Ugandan artist, Bosmic Otim, which was played on the radio station, tended to explain that time had come for a change.
A subsequent decree, read on the same media declared Hon. Garang Majak Bol as the new 1st Undersecretary of Finance in the ministry of Finance and planning.
As Bosmic articulated in his song that “leaders come, leaders go,” no reason was advanced to Malual’s exit from office.
