We have never seen people die to help others achieve their goals; people feel so naïve in seeing their own brothers or sisters prospering in one way or another, and this isn’t good for anyone wishing others to fail.
If people wish to see others starving, failing, missing targets, and dying and yet do nothing to help them live or prosper, then this isn’t a safer environment for anyone or the community to live in.
Yes! Even God has created evil people for evil days, and this shouldn’t be permanent. When you are trying to do or say anything, put one thing in mind: the end time for your making will still come, and when it overlaps, there shall be no U-turn (be to it, dear). One of the greatest philosophers once said this statement, which is very important for anyone to understand.
“The masses want illusions and not truth; they want to be flattered and live happily in ignorance. Smart men are embarrassing. They are prohibited, ostracized, and despised because they disturb the sleep of the masses, question authority, and reveal the deceptions of the institutions.” It’s not something new if people block opportunities for others in every developing nation; this does occur simply because there is this disease term as “lack of education.” Greediness, pride, hatred, corruption, and the like of tribal lines have created a very big vacuum, which would take us years to rebuild or else impact us negatively to this time generation or generation to come.
On the street of Juba and all the towns in our nation found innocent people whose rights are denied, whose properties are not secured, and whose opportunities are rejected. When war happens, it’s the same people that continue to suffer, dying, and being treated harshly. People will never know where to forward their grievances, who to address them to, or who would solve them. People never know to say no, even when they all mean it; they don’t even know what it means to be a citizen, whether civilian or official, rich or layman.
However, there is a chance that will come, not for those who haven’t suffered enough and who have never tried overcoming them each day. For he who knows nothing about the suffering of ours will never be in a stage to help the suffering communities.
Homes have been submerged by floodwater, crops destroyed, livestock and humans have experienced death from diseases. Government officials claim to have been supplying all areas with drugs to continue curing diseases, yet medicines happen to later reach their way to markets, leaving hospitals empty simply because most of them are not being paid.
Where do you think these health workers would survive if they abandoned their local businesses at home and tried working for their own people? They are not paid, and it’s an opportunity to help themselves by selling off medicines meant for treating vulnerable people. My blame goes back to our government for not paying the civil population for months. We want to see good things happening this time, as the election is approaching and nothing good is coming out, whether politically, socially, or economically.
People are crying over dollar, leaving who they should cry at. It’s the role of our government to restore our economy, not American; it’s us to restore our economy, not the government, and it’s you and I to restore this doomed economy, not those foreigners, for all we know about them is that they came here for business, and business is all about making profit, not losing. So please fill up the market with one heart.
I mean, not to be like those whose patriotism is far from reaching. I wonder why all our people carry their children to neighboring states like Uganda and Kenya for education to waste money when education, which people are taking their children for, is already here. Why are we looking for places to take leisure time when we have beautiful and wonderful places here in our country? In Western Equatoria are beautiful and affordable commodities like fruits and so on to use.
If it’s a matter of infrastructure, then build your mansions here, bring engineers, show them structures, and all such beautiful buildings found in America, Europe, and Asia would be built here. Money wasted in foreign countries like Uganda and Kenya will never do valuable or fixed assets in our country. “Public Staunchest Ally.”
