Steal as much as you can now because stealing would be a capital crime during our regime and would be punishable by law.
When you are assigned to head an oil corporation, such as Nilepet, demand for yourself as high percentage as your pen can sign. During our regime, Nilepet and other oil corporations would be for the welfare of South Sudanese and that, any one who squanders oil money, signs a deal in the dark or presells oil in advance will be brought to book, tried and punished accordingly.
When you are assigned to collect taxes at the borders, airports or in markets, steal now as much as your stealing skills can help you because taxes would directly be deposited into the Central Bank of South Sudan during our regime. They would never be deposited into the Central Bank of specific individuals as is the case now. If any government officials indulge in thievery during our regime, such officials would be slaughtered to the gods of GOOD GOVERNANCE as rituals because corruption would be punishable by law.
When you are assigned to mine gold and other minerals, own as many tons of gold as possible now because gold, during our regime, would not be mined by the relatives of the President and Vice Presidents as is the case now. It would be mined by state-owned companies and would have its revenues used for public consumption. Any government officials, including the president, who privatise the gold money would be a food of law.
When you are assigned to govern the Central Bank of South Sudan, empty it to the best of your choice now because emptying the Central Bank into individuals’ accounts would be a crime during our regime and would be punishable by law. Any government officials, including the Governor of the Central Bank, who divert money flowing into the Central Bank must face justice. When you are assigned to head a Forex Exchange under which auctioning of dollars and black marketers fall, agitate the dollar rate to shoot up as high as possible for you to benefit because black market, during our regime, would not exist. The dollar rate would not be determined by the black market as is the case now. It would be regulated as tight as possible so that South Sudanese Pounds remains valued.
When you are assigned to handle Special Programs of the President, divert the country’s funds and share them with the president as much as you can because there would be no special programs during our regime. This special programs thingy seems like it is a looting medium for the big man and his relatives, friends and in-laws. Such indicators of bad governance would not be there during our regime. When you are assigned as a president, loot the country as much as your corruptible skills could help you because a corrupt president, during our regime, would be summoned by the parliament and if found guilty, would be impeached and punished accordingly.
Someone is between God and law in South Sudan. During our regime, it is God who comes first, then the law follows. No one in-between God and the law. The innocent will be freed and the guilt will be convicted. No bribery, no favouritism, no nothing! Even corrupt leaders who are dead would not be free either. In fact, we are going to uproot corruption by first dealing with current corrupt leaders, whether dead or still alive, and whether inside the country or in exile. We are going to confiscate all the public assets they have privatised, including the golden coffins into which they are laid in their graves. Where do they get gold of which their coffins are made? Continue looting the country, you won’t like it when the time comes.
