The governor of Western Bahr el Ghazal state, Sarah Cleto Rial has announced that the State government has bought 10 cars for official use.
Governor Sarah said that the 10 cars were bought by Bibi’s Empire, a company contracted by the state government.
“Much thanks to Bibi’s Empire for providing the vehicles and accepting our payment terms. I will not forget the drivers who drove from Juba through difficult roads as the rainy season has started. All these are done by the grace of God,” Governor stated.
Hon Sarah also appreciated her cabinet members for the cooperation.
“I am very proud of our team for making this happen. Thanks to many who made this possible. My Deputy, our State Minister of Finance, our State Coordinator and his staff in Juba, and all the executives for their support and patience for this day to come,” she added.
The governor however did not disclose the source of funds used to buy the vehicles. Last December, Warrap State Government bought over 40 cars and distributed to government officials.
