The advance military martial court will arrive Yei River County of Central Equatoria State by, Thursday. The Director of Military and Civil Relationship Lt. Col Michael Machar says a high military delegation team that will travel to Yei military garrison is more powerful than the previous one.
The Director of Military and Civil Relationship Lt. Col Michael Machar in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State said in a statement yesterday.
Machar pointed out that the team coming from Juba is from a high military institution.
“I am Lt. Col Michael Machar the director of military and the public relationship in Yei River County; I am here to inform the public that on Thursday there will be advance team coming from Juba to pave the way for the general military court martial that is going to take place in Yei military garrison. Last time, it was a district court martial, but this one coming is more powerful than the previous one,” he said in the statement.
In addition, the Director of Military and Civil Relationship said that, the authority of military court martial is informing the public so that all those having cases connected to military of any nature to prepare themselves for the military court martial.
He further stated that, they are informing the public to be around because there is going to be a court hearing as soon as the court Martial arrive Yei River County Military Garrison.
“So, we are here to inform the public, all those who have case connected or related to the military, whatever nature, we need you to prepare yourself. If you are within Yei, you need to prepare yourself and make sure that we have a military general court martial coming to try those cases. So, we need you to be around, and we need you to prepare yourself because there is going to be a hearing of cases we tried or cases in Yei military garrison. As soon as the general team court martial arrive on the day,” he stressed.
