WE Governor warns Muslim traders not to interfere with politics

The Governor of Western Equatoria state yesterday During the prayer of Eid el fitr have gone ahead warning   Muslim traders to distance themselves from politics otherwise it’s not going be easy for them.

Thousands of Muslims in Yambio joins the rest of the World in celebrating Eid el fitri  aperiod where all Muslim communities across the Globe fast for 30days remembering how Mohamed who fasted while writing down the Massages he getting from God ( Allah) until the time he died. 

Addressing the Muslim community at Yambio freedom square the governor of Western Equatoria state Lt. Gen. Alfred Futuyo Karaba urged the Muslim traders to avoid interference in State Politics.

“I assure you the government commitment in working together with Muslim for the development of the state citing that everybody prays to one Allah who is the creator” , “You came as business person, you have no connection with politics and you are not part of politics of this state, why do you accept someone to deceived you to close the shop and say this government is not good, that means it is politics not business, and that is why traders are arrested for not adhere to state order, and I need to appreciate the Muslim Traders, you are not mostly part of them” Futuyo said.

Meanwhile the Secretary General of the Muslim community in Yambio Maj. Gen. Hussein Giris in Yambio urges his fellow Muslim members to forgive and live together as they are celebrating the Edi el fitr

Girisi reform their commitment as Muslim Community to support the state government and adhered to the law and regulations of the state.

For her part the state minister of gender, child and social welfare Hon. Cecilia Anigunde Bii advised the congregations to cooperate and unite together to help people with special need.
