Over 200 pupils receive scholastic materials in Mundri

The Commissioner for Mundri West County has donated scholastic materials to more than two hundred school pupils in Mundri Two Primary School of Mundri West County to support their learning.

Speaking to No.1 Citizen Daily Newspaper on Thursday, Commissioner Zilipha Dawa had retired her county authorities’ commitment to continue rendering support to the schools in Mundri West County. She encouraged the pupils to read hard for the success and development of the community.

Meanwhile Commissioner Dawa Justin stated that, the county authority is going to complete the renovation of Mundri two primary schools very soon for conducive learning environment to the pupils in Mundri saying “I will continue to support every school in Mundri not only Mundri two but I am going to continue lobbying from partners to support all schools in Mundri West” she said.

On his part, the county Education Director for Mundri west county, Masiri Aggrey applauded the support of the commissioner to the education sector with the donations of scholastic materials to the school children.

He also called on the rest of the schools in Mundri to remain patient saying the county authority is working hard for other schools to receive the same materials.

Mundri two primary School pupils representative express their happiness after receiving the school materials and the pupils appreciated Commissioner Zilipha Dawa Justin for considering their school as first priority to be taken into her office considerations.

The scholastic materials donated to the 200 pupils included school bags, pens, books, rulers, drawing books, and colors for the baby classes.

Mundri Two (2) primary school is a government school established in Mundri West County of Western Equatoria State.
