The County Commissioner of Yambio in Western Equatoria State died yesterday in Khartoum.
Late Hussein Inoka’s death was confirmed by his royal family member Dazanga Richard to No.1 Citizen Daily Newspaper in Yambio that he died of illness in the Sudanese Capital Khartoum, He said arrangements were on the way for the deceased body to be brought to Yambio for burial.
“We have just received the sad news, everybody is in a desperate situation, he (Hussein) is already dead, he died at 4AM this morning and now the body has been taken to the mortuary and the arrangement for the transportation to Yambio is under way, the family has met with the state government and we formed a high committee” Dazanga said.
Hussein Inoka was appointed as County Commissioner for Yambio County by the President two years ago, Hussein also served as an elected member of the State Legislature in the party of National Congress Party NCP, this the second time for Hussein to serve as County Commissioner and was also a Minister of Health and Information in Western Equatoria Government.
Details about his Family members and the illness which took away the Commissioner’s life were not revealed” the committee was not complete because some people were in the church, we will again meet in the midday to complete and everything.
