EES: Governor suspends health minister, another official

The Governor of Eastern Equatoria State, Louis Lobong Lojore on Tuesday suspended the state minister of Health and the Director General in the ministry.

Governor Lobong press secretary, Mr.  Aliandro Lotok confirmed the suspension of the two officials from the state health ministry to No. 1 Citizen Daily Newspaper.

On Tuesday Mr. Lobong suspended his minister of Health Pacalino Lodae Woyakori along with the director general in the ministry Dr. Etin Concord Errib for the undisclosed reasons.

“This is the normal things that usually happened in the Government, it is actually hard to be let like that,” Aliandro said. 

Lotok said after suspension of the officials Mr. Lobong also appointed Mrs. Clementina Lubuya as an Acting Director General in the State Ministry of Health.

 “This executive order shall be cited as the Gubernatorial Executive order No. 2\2023 for the suspension of the State Minister of Health and Director General in Eastern Equatoria 2023AD and shall come into force on the date of its signature by the Governor of Eastern Equatoria State,” partly read the order.
