President Salva Kiir Mayardit in a republican decree has appointed Aweil East Commissioner, Mr. Kiir Yol Lual as the executive director in the office of the president after relieving him of the former position.
“I, Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, do hereby appoint Mr. Kiir Yol Lual as executive director in the Office of the President” a part of the decree reads.
James Kiir Yol Lual replaced James Deng Wal who previously held the office.
Kiir was elevated to his new position on 9th May 2023 night, in a republican decree read over South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC).
