I BARLEY BREATHE

I have got two values,

My first value exists on

Papers of the book and

in the   people’s

tongue — that is a value to

Say my name without esteem,

While the second value is the

One that exists in the jail cell, my

tongue is a flame of passion,

I am serving as a prisoner for

being the director of humanity

I am a lost sheep in the wilderness.

My voice that calls for fair human

Treatment wilders

I am caught by the neck, with both

arms shackled, I am under the

supervision of ignorance

the harsh prison officer, I barely

breathe! I am in the manacle of

no escape and access to speak

of myself!

I am being cruelly mistreated

in the eyes of the big man whose

tongue speaks the importance of

me, he sits at the high table, to hear

trials where I am supposed to appear

at the right wing

but he never sees me valuable for

I am an opponent to currency who

he sees the best to have!

my opponent has completely

got a hold of my value, I hear of

my name being valued by those

in the exigency of equality

and fairness, but outside the fence

of power to release me, no one.

I demand of my immediate

release

from the jail, I want to go down

the lives of

human beings that I work on

Comforting innocent souls

Bringing human together

For equality cherishes.

Let justice reign ✍
