The ordained truth

By Tong Akok Anei Mawien

Whenever the event unfolded, it is either being led by the truth or false depending on the players of the events, when Dr. John Garang was quoted saying ” Sudan cannot and will never be the same” the quote was an ordained truth at its prediction, yes currently Sudan is not the same and will never be the same like in 90s and 80s, South Sudan broke out and will be associated with Sudan by consensus and mutual cooperation, he was also quoted as saying “I have got people who have fought a good fight but lacking people who will distribute the resources equitably”, this truth does not comes as a nightmare or an in-born phenomena it’s comes once a leader view the situation and feel depressed in how to liberate his/her people in that particular situations, they end up predicting the future and exposed the underlying realities.

With truth and false, it’s a double edge sword, it’s either the truth lead or the false lead depending on the patriotism and respect of the leader for his/her people, but the fact remains, the truth last longer and has good impact in the Communities or individual but false is easily drop and can be remembered, we are not to be taken that most politicians are known for telling falsely events-yes possibly in our world, but in some world sometimes they highly rely on truth for they know false is a political sin and can lead to one crucifixion by the population.

Leading by truth is holy, that is why I have to put it as there is ordained Truth when it is being expressed pure-heartedly without any reservations, when express in the heart of the committed leader when our president was quotes sayings ” I did not get people who are working, I got people who are eating” it’s an ordained Truth that he expressed in his pure heart when he views the situations his people dwell on and the response of the institutions towards this situations and because he could not divide himself to lead each institution and it’s department and had to assign someone, then he ends up expressing his heart from the dismay from the people he assigned and not meeting his expectations as the leader.

Nevertheless, with ordained Truth, the reverse is true there is ordained false also, when our Minister was quoted saying to civil servants “With these salaries, put it in the month you like among the seven months” that was an ordained false when our government announced civil servants, organized forces salaries increment and has not taken its effects that is/will be an ordained false.

Lastly, We need to see our leaders leading by truth, if the capability of the government can provide let it take its effect, some of our leaders seem to be the leaders and the ones sabotaging, there is no way one has to serve two masters and there is no middle way, it’s either you are a good leader not by the individual gift but for common benefits through your deeds or you are bad leader, and of course you are all group in the book of citizens, all the citizens know your category and the ball is at your pitch, it’s either you gear up to change your category or decided to remind in that same category because the judgment is day is coming.
