President Salva Kiir has relieved the national Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Albino Bol Dhieu, in a Decree read over South Sudan Broadcasting Cooperation (SSBC) last evening.
The minister’s sacking, on Friday evening, comes days after the Chairperson of the National Youth Union, Gola Boyoi accused him of interfering in the union activities.
However, the president did not advance any reason to the relieving of the former National Minister of Youth and Sports.
In a separate Decree, Kiir appointed Dr, Joseph Geng Aketch as the new minister of Youth and sports.
