Former chairperson Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) party in Central Equatoria state called on members to embrace Unity and Team work.
Augustino Jadalla Kamilo Wani, who was also the state governor made the call in an Ex-ordinary meeting with the State SPLM Secretariat, on Monday.
Jadalla urged SPLM state the officials to embrace collective leadership to ensure effective implementations of the party programs, plans and policies.
He emphasized on the need for unity, teamwork, and commitment to ensure that it has smooth administration in order to address issues of the state and the party.
Jadallah further stressed that the party should come together as a unit to prepare for the forthcoming elections slated for December 2026. He said, mobilization and civic education should be priorities for the party to win the elections.
During the meeting, the SPLM Secretariat officials presented a range of issues, plans, policies, and strategies for strengthening the party at the state.
Jadallah reaffirmed his support to the Secretariat to ensure implementation of the party policies up to the grassroots levels.
Addressing media after the meeting, Emmanuel Ladu, Assistant secretary for culture and information expressed that the state secretariate remains committed to support president Salva Kiir Mayardit, in his efforts to maintain peace in the country through implementation of the peace agreement
