Whoever removed letter k from monkey has endangered the world

By Malek Arol Dhieu

When you omit letter k from monkey, the remaining letters form a prestigious word called “money”. When you add letter y to mone; a similar word for admonishment, it forms a prestigious word called “money”. And so, whoever added letter y to mone has also dragged the world into troubles.

Money, according to a living dictionary called Prof. PLO Lumumba, refers to a useful facility which enables one to do things with ease. But according to another living dictionary called Malek Arol Dhieu, money refers to a folding stuff which interferes with one’s nature of doing things.

The Bible says body is a temple of God, but when an affection for money covered all the hemispheres, this verse is read like it says God loves those who sell their bodies with money. Because of money, beauty or handsomeness is nothing, but a commodity in the shop which can be bought by whoever has money.

A leader is a charismatic leader outside the public house of money, but when he/she gets a ticket to that house, he/she buys a broom and sweeps out all the money. Doing so, his/her good legacy becomes blackspotted as Pandora Papers is recording his/her cases of money laundering.

Because of money, the seat of marriage aka natural love had died of heart attack and has its house shifted to cemetery. Because of money, people sell the lives of their dearly ones and some sell parts of their bodies to an institution called “Illuminati” for riches.

People say money can talk! Money, indeed, can talk! When one has a court or police case with a rich man, unless heaven, but wherever on earth that case may be taken to, the rich man always wins. Has money not talked here?

Because of money, the innocent get convicted and the guilty get acquitted! Because of money, qualifications, experience and competence are always in silent mode as leadership is bought with money. Often, but not usual, the process of recruitment for job is monetized in such a way that job seekers have to pay something to win an interview.

Because of money, professionals perform their duties as if they have never ever come across this 5-lettered word; “ethic”. They breach ethics to and fro as money talks to them. Because of money as a basis for better living conditions, people go for desperate journeys across oceans and seas which, to date, are the cause of expansion of cemeteries.

Because of money, a brother assassinates a brother! If money made one of the disciples (Judas Iscariot) betray the son of God, Jesus Christ, how about people who are not disciples betraying their fellows?

During the era of barter trade, economies were stable, but with the introduction of money, currencies first organized a competition which was won by the United States Dollar. Then the United States Dollar becomes the main inflator of the world’s economy. Whenever the dollar rate rises in South Sudan, the prices skyrocket, making people’s living conditions deteriorate between worse and worst.

When Jesus ascended, He told the disciples to scatter and spread the word of God, but because of love for money, false prophets thought they were also instructed to do so, took it personal, and formed churches. In some churches, one goes with a smiling wallet and returns home with a very sad wallet because it’s mandatory to empty wallets.
