Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) Students’ League members at Dr. John Garang Memorial Senior Secondary School met with the Party’s state Secretary, German Charles Ojok.

The students attended a two-day orientation seminar at the party Secretariat Hall, where Vice President Dr. James Wani Igga and 2nd SPLM Deputy Chairman Daniel Awet Akot engaged the SPLM cadres of Eastern Equatoria State.

Ojok acknowledged the active participation of the students and encouraged them to preach peace in schools and communities.

“The sunset is now up to us, but we shall work harder to groom and nurture you, young people to take our beloved country, South Sudan forward,” said Ojok.

He stated that the party will continue to inspire young people to take the country forward.

Ojok also reiterated that the party’s support to the students will be through peace, scholarship, and moral orientation to enable them to achieve their aspirations.

Speaking on behalf of the visiting students, Susan Intihanat Adolfo expressed gratitude for the opportunity of the training to become better leaders and encourage their colleagues to join the party for nation-building and flag-raising.
