Areas such as Hai-game, Kasaba of Kator, and Gudele one along the highway still suffer piles of uncollected garbage dumped by residents and street vendors.

Governor Adil, directed Mayor Flora Gabriel Modi and her team to prioritize the cleanliness of the city and reorganize the markets.

He also directed that the City Council diversifies efforts on resource mobilization to finance its planned activities, in a timely manner.

Adil further appealed to the officials to embrace the spirit of collegiality and strict adherence to the already established official mechanisms while discharging their restive assignments within the Council.
